The Ringtread is a patented spliceless game changer.

Sustainable and circular, the Ringtread is the only retreading system that uses joint-free precured rings that adhere to the casing without tension or deformation of the tread pattern. More than 25% of the cold retreaded tyres in Europe are being produced through the use of Marangoni technology. Our production process

Learn more about our production process below. Our factories work with best-in-class industry standards that enable the production of safe and performing tyres. Our processes have been secured and perfected through decades of experience.

Step 1

We start with ensuring that the old tire can e used for retreading through an inspection.

Step 2

We then remove the residual tread and create a homogenous surface.

Step 3

We repair the tire surface by cleaning out any superficial damage to the steel belt.

Step 4

A building process allows us to apply a thin layer of unvulcanised rubber and a new ring on top of it.

Step 5

Then we cure the tire by wrapping a rubber envelope around it for differential pressure during the curing.

Step 6

The tire is cured by means of vulcanisation over a period of 3 hours, after which the materials are bonded.
